About

I started PLM Consulting to meet the challenges I was witnessing in college athletics. I had previously been hired by departments to handle their financial and business operations with budgets ranging from $30 million to $100 million. In each of these roles, there was a strong need to refine processes and policies, and reduce paperwork and administrative burden while still passing a strict audit review. I also needed to build teams and an office environment that celebrated and encouraged innovation and cost-saving measures. I was able to build cohesive and high functioning teams while also saving my departments over $250K a year- who doesn't love that!

In an effort to utilize my skills and passion, I started this consulting firm to meet departments and institutions where they are at. My approach allows for a collaborative partnership (without all the hassle and time spent hiring a full-time position) in order to review your current operations, assess organizational chart to ensure each employee is in the right role for them, and build upon the strengths that exist within your organization.

This is not your typical cookie-cutter approach as I truly understand how unique each department and institution is. Each project will receive a fresh perspective and a keen eye to what works for you! I also help you develop an achievable plan to keep the momentum moving long after our work together is complete. Visit the CONTACT page to tell me how we can partner together!
